I am sort of old fashioned when it comes to parties and entertaining. If I could send a paper invitation for each party I host, I would! A well designed invitation can make such a statement and gives your guest a glimpse into what your party will be like. Also, how fun and exciting is it to receive invitations in the mail instead of bills! 🙂
I had so much fun picking out a few of my favorite christmas party invites from Basic Invite. Most online stationery companies only let you change the font on the design you select. However, my favorite feature of Basic Invite is that I was able to change the color of each element on the design, down to the littlest detail, so I could really customize each invitation and make it exactly how I wanted it to be. They have over 180 different color options so I was easily able to match the color scheme of my dinner party.
I also like to pick an envelope that matches the invitation but makes a statement. Red, black, kraft, and shimmer envelopes are some of my favorites and they had all of those options plus over 40 different envelope colors. Another bonus is that all of the envelopes are peel and seal so the envelopes can be quickly closed without licking a single one.

Basic Invite’s holiday photo card selection is just as beautiful and customizable. I had a hard time picking just a few designs to feature with over 250 designs to choose from. I chose non-foil designs but they also offer flat or raised foil designs in gold, silver, and rose gold if you would like to add a pretty metallic accent to your photo cards or party invitations.
Basic Invite also offers address capturing services. I have used this service before and it saves SO much time when you don’t have to hand address all of those Christmas cards. Recipient address printing is complimentary on all Christmas card orders.
