Happy fall y’all! I want to share this festive fall porch my mom and I did together at her house this year. I am loving all of the fall porch decor ideas I am seeing on Instagram and Pinterest! It is so fun to be creative and switch out the porch decor each season. This was really easy to put together!
Here is what we used to create her festive fall porch:
- Two bunches of grain sorghum stalks (Or you could use corn stalks. We liked these because of the grain color.)
- velcro zip ties (to secure the stalks to the columns)
- buffalo check ribbon
- various pumpkins: different sizes and colors
- mums – we used three medium sized ones: fuchsia, red, and orange
- A fun door mat!
If you are local, we found the grain stalks at Markman’s pumpkin patch on the corner of 120th and military. They were only $3 each! Also, all of these pumpkins are from Markman’s as well. In the past I have found that Trader Joe’s has a great selection of pumpkins, too. We found the mums at Mulhalls. They had every size / color combination you can imagine!
